II) Password reset via the Google admin console:
a) Open the user list.

c) Select "Reset password" on the left.
d) Follow the instructions to send a the password reset mail.
The password reset mail will be sent to the private email address registered for the user.
The method using volt.team should be the standard process. The use of the google admin console may be needed to cover special cases (e.g., the reset mails have to sent to a different address, sending the reset mail also to the person performing the reset action to support troubleshooting, etc.)
